Rationale

Rationale

The rationale of integrated education is to let students with special educational needs (SEN students, such as those with hearing impediments and those who are visually impaired) study in mainstream schools. Integrated education not only provides SEN students with equal opportunities to receive ordinary education, but also enables mainstream students to learn how to care for others and to accept individual differences. So both the SEN students and the mainstream students are benefited from integration experiences.
