Household Application Form For Student Financial Assistance Schemes (The School Textbook Assistance Scheme (TA),
Student Travel Subsidy Scheme (STS) & Subsidy Scheme for Internet Access Charges (SIA) 2020/2021

Applicants may choose to submit the paper-based application form by post or submit the electronic application form online
(https://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/sfo/en/primarysecondary/tt/application/forms.htm).
If applicants have submitted their electronic application forms online, they need not submit paper-based application forms separately.
New applicants may submit their applications starting from May 2020.
Applicants may obtain paper-based application forms and relevant application documents for the 2020/21 school year from schools (General Office) and Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of the District Offices starting from May 2020.
Applicants may then choose to submit paper-based application forms [SFO7B] by post or use the electronic application forms [SFO7B(E)] for online submission.
Please submit the completed “Household Application Form for Student Financial Assistance Schemes” and copies of the relevant supporting documents by post on or before 31 May 2020,
using the addressed envelope provided.
